Symcom Exim Private Limited (SEPL) a private limited company promoted by Mr.Gopal Goyal. SEPL is a Group Company of Symcom group, initially, the group is engaged in the contractor of structures & telecom equipment to MTNL & BSNL. Since 2005, Group started to purchase and dismantling Sick Units, Plants & Trading of Ferrous and Non-Ferrous Scrap.
Currently, Group is working with an object and fulfilling the vision of carrying on the business of disposing of the scrap obtained in the nature of steel and iron bars, cables, iron & steel sheets, ferrous and non-ferrous scraps, metallic tools, and items by dismantling and demolition of big industries/workshops like textile mills, sugar mills, steel plants, solvent plants, Oil and gas plants, fertilizer plants, power plants, ports, and many other allied enterprises.
The company is engaged in the dismantling of sick units purchased either from the official liquidator appointed by the high court or the Debt Recovery Tribunal, through the bidding process at auctions held by the official liquidator. Group also purchases scrap generated by government corporations and the Indian Railways. The auctions for such procurements are undertaken by Metal Scrap Trade Corporation (MSTC) Limited.
