The project involved the sale of assets belonging to Petron Engineering Construction Limited (Corporate Debtor) jointly with assets of KSS Petron Private Limited (in Liquidation).

The assets of the Corporate Debtor were located within the premises of KSS Petron Private Limited. The specific asset sold was a Hydra Crane A/C, Crane FMC LB 82T.
